It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. Proverbs 25:2

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.      Looking at these words in the Greek that are in this verse it comes out a little clearer.  These words according to the original meaning in the Greek, makes a difference in the meanings of these words as we know them and the way they are used today.

Suffer= to send forth, to be intensive, to bear

Violence= power, mighty works, miraculous power, strength

Violent = the forcer, to seize, power to influence, ruler of a realm, to affect

Force = seize, take, catch away

So let us write this verse according to the Greek meanings.

From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven (sends forth, bears, intensive) (power, mighty works, miraculous power, strength) and (the forcer, one that seizes, the one with power to influence, the ruler of a realm) takes it (the kingdom of heaven) by force (seizes, takes, and catches away)…

So we are to take back what the enemy has stolen by being the enforcer, rulers of our realm, using mighty miraculous power to take it, seize it catch it away!!!  Hallelujah!

It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. ‭Proverbs‬ ‭25‬:‭2‬ KJV
